InfiniSource, Inc.: New Productivity Enhancement Applications from Rose City Software lead the Shareware Industry
Portland, Oregon... February 24, 2002 – Rose City Software, the software division of InfiniSource.com, announces several important upgrades and new releases in its family of top Windows applications.
Widely known across the Internet as the home of fine utilities for Windows, Rose City represents a dozen developers from around the world with more than 20 top award-winning shareware applications.
Originally released on September 2, 2001, TweakMASTER, a new generation Internet Optimizer software, which speeds up Internet connections for all Windows users, has virtually become a household name in just 6 short months. TweakMASTER was developed in collaboration with Hagel Technologies. A free upgrade for all registered users, the latest version 1.61 works for Broadband access as well as dialup, and even supports all the latest versions of AOL.
Inducted into the Microsoft and WUGNET Windows Shareware Hall of Fame, TweakMASTER was recently featured in PC World Magazine, and again this week by Preston Gralla of ZDNET as "the best way to speed up your access without spending a lot of money, no matter how fast your connection is." For more details see the ZDNET article.
Another of Rose City's most popular utilities, MemoryBoost Pro, has also just released a new free upgrade. Distributed by several other major marketing partners, this new utility was originally released in late October, and has already broken all sales records for Rose City Software. MemoryBoost Pro was developed in collaboration with Tenebril, Inc, and has already won every major Internet shareware award. It was recently listed by ZDNET's shareware guru, Preston Gralla, in his brief list of essential shareware utiilities. For more information see the ZDNET article.
A brand new release, LinkStash, is also achieving wide acceptance in its first month of release. This essential aid to surfing the Internet takes up where IE Favorites and Netscape Bookmarks leave off, allowing users a wide range of control over their favorite websites. LinkStash was developed in collaboration with Xrayz Software of the U.K., developers of the widely acclaimed ClipCache Plus, which has broad site licenses in place at major newspapers like The Oregonian and the New Haven Register, and corporations ranging from AT&T to IBM, as well as many schools and educational institutions.
"LinkStash is just what the Internet surfer needs to efficiently navigate the web, and appears to be poised to follow closely in ClipCache's shoes as the utility of choice for its special purpose," says Joseph Burke, CEO of InfiniSource, Inc., and chief architect of Rose City Software. "It is another one of those 'Must-have' utilities... once you try it you cannot be without it," adds Burke.
Featuring many other great award-winning titles like The Sleuthhound, Synchromagic, Registry First Aid, Magic Notes, and Advanced-Text-to-Speech, Burke and company seem to have the "magic touch" when it comes to developing the best in productivity enhancement software.
