Paint Shop Pro - our favorite graphics Program.
Graph-X Design Graphics Tutorials - If you're not too handy with Paint Shop Pro, this is a helpful graphics enriched tutorial on some of the basics.
Graphix by Fine Line - another excellent collection of graphics tutorials for the great Paint Shop Pro graphics program including tips on creating seamless backgrounds, feathering, screen shots, gradient fills, mask functions, resampling and lots of special effects.
